Day of Injections:

• Stay upright for at least 4 hours.

• Don’t touch or massage the treated areas.

• After 4 hours, you may cleanse and apply your usual products.

• Avoid heat or intense exercise for 24 hours.

• Arnica can be applied to bruises if needed.

Results Timeline:

• Botox/Dysport: allow 14 full days for results.

• Daxxify: allow 21 days before considering a touch up.
